T.E. Cauthorn, founder of Cauthorn, Nohr & O'Dell, PC, has practiced law in Cobb County for more than 35 years. Mr. Cauthorn voluntarily left his seat as a Superior Court Judge to return to private practice, representing clients in matters related to Civil Litigation, Domestic Relations, Commercial, Construction, Negligence and Personal Injury. Mr. Cauthorn is also a registered mediator in the state of Georgia.

Jason L. Nohr has practiced law since 1995 and focuses his representation on personal injury matters and complex civil litigation. Mr. Nohr also has a successful securities fraud litigation practice and is a qualified National Association of Securities (NASD) arbitrator. Mr. Nohr is President of the Cobb County Trial Lawyers Association.

Justin O’Dell was admitted to practice in the State of Georgia and in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia in 2002. Mr. O’Dell has focused his practice in the areas of Civil Litigation, Wills & Estate Planning, Business Formation, Family Law, Divorce and Personal Injury.
