Bettina S. Davies has been admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia since1993 and has also been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 1992.  A litigator for the past 15 years, Ms. Davies has concentrated her practice primarily in the areas of educational and employment rights law, as a network attorney for the Professional Association of Georgia Educators, as well as handling a significant caseload of domestic/ family, juvenile and Guardian Ad Litem cases.

Following her graduation from Florida State University College of Law, Bettina served as a law clerk to the Honorable Walter J. Clarke of the Gwinnett County Probate Court and as law clerk in the Superior Court of Cobb County for the Honorable George H. Kreeger.  She has also acted as a Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children in Florida and Georgia.  Ms. Davies maintains memberships in the State Bar of Georgia, the Florida Bar and Cobb County Bar Association. Ms. Davies is also a registered mediator.

Ms. Davies graduated from the Florida State University College of Law in 1992 with honors and received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance also with honors from Florida State University. Ms. Davies attends Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church and is an avid runner with membership in the Atlanta Track Club Women’s Competitive Team
