Justin O’Dell was admitted to practice in the State of Georgia and in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia in 2002. Mr. O’Dell has focused his practice in the areas of Civil Litigation, Wills & Estate Planning, Business Formation, Family Law, Divorce and Personal Injury. Since graduating Cum Laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in May 2002, Mr. O’Dell has become involved in the local community while maintaining memberships in the American Bar, Georgia Bar and Cobb County Bar Associations. Work experience also includes the United States Department of Interior and the Office of the Attorney General of Georgia.

Graduating from Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts, Political Science, Mr. O’Dell merited the honor of the Furman Achievement Scholarship. While attending the University of Georgia Law School, Mr. O’Dell was involved in a number of activities including the Editorial Board of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. Within the community, Mr. O’Dell is active in many local organizations. He commits his time to The Cobb Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Cobb, Cobb Community Collaborative, Cobb Housing, Inc. and the Georgian Club.
